HOME REPAIR PROGRAM

Low-income Families and Older Adults in Hancock and Hawkins County, TN

Appalachia has experienced widespread and persistent poverty, which is why the Good Neighbor Home Repair Program is so vitally important to our region. Many individuals live in substandard housing conditions where there are still homes without plumbing and electricity, and where windows, flooring, and foundations are in disrepair.

Contact us to learn how your volunteer skilled or semi-skilled team can get involved: 423-921-8044.

Our teams host block parties & dental clinics, repair homes, deliver meals to older adults, or simply show their support by listening to the needs of others.

You can give a few hours, a day, or a week of your time. We'll find the perfect match for you.
