Winter Coat Give-a-way: One expense for low income families each winter is the expense of purchasing winter coats. Through a partnership with local Lions Clubs, we collect coats throughout the year and make them available to the public at no charge each year from October through April. Community Meeting Room: A community meeting room is available at the Shepherd's Center in Rogersville at no charge. It is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for birthday parties, meetings, reunions and so forth. Limited access to the center's kitchen is also available and must be requested when making reservations. For more information, call 423-272-4626.
